Alcatel Manufactures the rugged and reliable Adixen brand Rotary Vane vacuum pumps, in both single stage and 2 stage models, with sizes from 5 to 100 m3/h (3 to 85 cfm).

The Adixen PASCAL series rotary vane pumps are available in 5 different series, to meet the specific requirements of your application:
• "I" series: for Analytical instrumentation
• "SD" series: For atmospheric or non-corrosive gas applications
• "C1" series: High resistance to corrosion
• "C2" series: Most corrosive/Semiconductor or oxygen service
• "H1" series: Hermetic, high tightness level for valuable or dangerous gases

"I" series, dedicated to Analytical Instrument applications, such as

The "I" series pumps use a forced oil lubrication system for high cycling and optimum performance at higher inlet pressures.  I series pumps come standard with Alcatel A119 mineral pump fluid.

"SD" series, suitable for many common applications that use only inert or atmospheric gasses:
• Vacuum Ovens
• Vacuum furnaces
• Lamps, tubes, CRT
• Refrigeration and A/C
• Centrifuges

The SD series pumps use a natural lubrication on the smaller sizes for lower exhaust mist and optimized performance at lower pressures.  SD series pumps come standard with Alcatel A119 mineral pump fluid.

"C1" series, for applications involving chemical or corrosive gasses, such as
• CVD
• Distillation
• Chemical analysis

The C1 series Pascal pump components are resistant to corrosive gases.  The shaft bearing surfaces are hardcoated to prevent degradation.  The larger C1 pumps have an integrated oil filter and case purge.  C1 series pumps are shipped with Alcatel A119 mineral pump fluid.

"C2" series, dedicated to Analytical Instrument applications, such as
• Oxygen service
• CVD, LPCVD
• Dry etch
• Ion Implant
• Chemical plasma processes

The Pascal C2 series pumps use fluoropolymer seals, hard coatings, oil case purge, an inert gas ballast connection, and an oil case bubbler to achieve the highest protection against corrosive gases.  C2 series pumps are designed and prepped for use with Alcatel A113, a very inert PFPE pump fluid, but the fluid must be ordered separately.

"H" series, for applications requiring a very leak tight pump
• Cryogenics
• Gas recovery
• Precious or exotic gasses 

The Pascal H series pumps are hermetically sealed and suitable for pumping H3 or other expensive and recoverable gases. 

Single Stage "SD" series, for higher pressure applications
• Water vapor pumping
• Condensable gas pumping
• Higher ultimate pressure

The Pascal Single Stage pumps use forced oil lubrication and have a high capacity for pumping water and other condensable vapors.
